Scott Chaney Construction is a residential general contractor based in McMinnville, TN, specializing in remodels, additions, and semi-custom spec/new builds. We're hiring a hands-on Working Foreman to run day-to-day operations on our job sites. This person will lead a small crew of laborers, work the tools alongside them, and coordinate subcontractors, keeping jobs moving on schedule and to spec without needing the owner on-site daily.
Starting around $65,000/year, with a path to $80,000/year as responsibility and job performance grow. There's also an opportunity to take on more responsibility over time, with a potential path toward a superintendent role as the company grows and takes on more concurrent jobs. A company truck and all tools are provided, so you don't need your own transportation or toolset to do the job.
